Improvement does not always mean adding. Sometimes it is a process of simplification. The new second stage heads mounted on our MCH6s received just such a treatment.
The idea was to produce a part that had fewer separate parts with a clear goal: fewer components to achieve more solidity without sacrificing performance.
The new head is produced from a new die-cast mold, integrating the intercooler stop bracket and valves. The work allowed us to increase heat transfer by improving cooling and reducing harmful space. This benefits the overall performance of the compressor, which improves.
