Safety and reliability always come first.
In all 4-stage pumping units equipped with an oil pump, a minimum pressure switch will be inserted on the line going to the oil pressure gauge. The implementation is to ensure that compressor operation only if the oil pressure, after the pump, is above 1.5 bar.
The pressure switch anticipates the introduction of the transducer, supplied with the optional touch screen, which will also give the indication of high pressure: thus the information of clogged oil filter.
Operation:
At start-up, the compressor runs normally for 30 seconds. If at the end of these the oil level or pressure is missing the machine stops, otherwise it continues to run. If the optimum pressure or level is not detected for more than 30 seconds during operation, the machine stops.
