The compressor that sets a new standard

Breathing air compressors Smart represent the evolution of the standard, one of the most popular and best-selling models in the world. They are equipped with two high-pressure hose connections, a single-phase or three-phase electric motor, indestructible pumping units, and a compact frame with handles for easier transportation.

Optional external charging panels, electrical panel with automatic condensate drain and pressure gauge with autostop are available.

Filter system Maxifilter

Electric motor

One of the basic parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. Single-phase or three-phase electric motor is available on this model from 3 to 5 ,5 kW.

Purification system Maxifilter

The purification system Maxifilter enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the compressor 2nd and 3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to create a first fundamental barrier against moisture. Filter capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 890 m³.

Frame

Silenced cab chassis designed and built to facilitate maintenance operations. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in color Black RAL 9005.
