Mark III Silent TPS combines reliability with a higher level of performance. The TPS version is designed for those seeking maximum operational efficiency without sacrificing quietness and compactness.

No compromise

The range Mark III Silent TPS is ideal for intensive use in hot, poorly ventilated environments or tropical countries. Designed with an improved cooling system and a filtration system with two Hyperfilters, these compressors are powered by an electric motor and equipped with four different pumping units, all in TPS (Tropical Plus Superdry) versions. They are available with function monitoring systems and electrical panel for automatic compressor shutdown.

Electric motor

One of the basic parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. Single-phase or three-phase electric motor is available on this model from 5.5 to 7 ,5 kW.

Hyperfilter purification system

Placed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve, the Hyperfilter purification system enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021¹ when using original filter cartridges. The separator present between the 2nd and 3rd stages of the purification circuit makes it possible to extract as much moisture as possible. The filtering capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 3,050 m³.

Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch.
  • Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at the final pressure.
  • Drainage of all separators between individual stages and also of the final separator during compressor operation
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage device.
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge each time the unit is turned off).
  • Condensate collection tank 5 liters, with silencer; capacity about 3 liters, for environmentally friendly disposal of condensate.
  • Interstage pressure gauges display the operating pressure for individual compression stages. This pressure information allows the tightness of the valves (inlet and outlet) of each stage to be checked and potential sources of failure to be quickly identified.
Frame

Silenced cab chassis designed and built for easy maintenance operations. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Operation and maintenance of the compressor are facilitated by important features and tools: oil level and drain reported externally, control console equipped with inter-stage gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run stop and manual condensate drain controls. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in color Black RAL 9005.

Purification System Hyperfilter

The Hyperfilter is a high-capacity purification system designed for high-pressure compressors intended for the production of breathing air. It consists of two cartridges in series: the first with molecular sieve for moisture removal, and the second with a combination of molecular sieve and activated carbon to remove oil vapors and other contaminants.

This configuration provides greater filtration range and more effective purification, ideal for applications requiring high volumes of breathing air and maximum reliability.
