Convenient to carry, Ergo Is distinguished by its robustness and high operational efficiency. Equipped with two different pumping units, powered by electric motors, single-phase or three-phase. It is equipped with a monitoring panel complete with interstage pressure gauges, autostop with adjustable pressure switch, automatic condensate drain and rotation direction control.

There are two high-pressure hose connections (232 to 330 bar) and a filter system Maxifilter. Remote Refill Panels, C-Monitor, and the Multigas Analysis System (SAM) are available as options.

Electric motor

One of the basic parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. On this model, the single-phase or three-phase electric motor is available from 4 to 5 ,5 kW.

Purification system Maxifilter

The purification system Maxifilter enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the compressor 2nd and 3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to create a first fundamental barrier against moisture. Filter capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 890 m³.

Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch.
  • Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at the final pressure.
  • Drainage of all separators between individual stages and also of the final separator during compressor operation
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage device.
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge each time the unit is turned off).
  • Condensate collection tank 5 liters, with silencer; capacity about 3 liters, for environmentally friendly disposal of condensate.
  • Interstage pressure gauges display the operating pressure for individual compression stages. This pressure information allows the tightness of the valves (inlet and outlet) of each stage to be checked and potential sources of failure to be quickly identified.
Frame

Open frame made for easy maintenance and transportability. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Protective casing made of thermo-formed material channels cooling air over the cylinders and inter-stage pipes, ensuring high compression efficiency. Control console equipped with inter-stage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run-stop and manual condensate drain controls allow easy operation and maintenance of the compressor. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in RAL 9005 black.

Purification System Maxifilter

The Maxifilter is a high-performance purification system designed for use with high-pressure compressors intended for the production of breathing air. It uses a combined molecular sieve and activated carbon filter cartridge, ensuring effective removal of moisture, oil vapors, and other contaminants.

This system ensures that the compressed air meets the standards required for underwater, industrial and emergency use, offering maximum breathing safety and reliability.
