Convenient to transport, Ergo is distinguished by its sturdiness and great operational efficiency. Powered by a 6.8 kW Yanmar diesel engine. The FA (Fully Automatic) version is also equipped with autostop with adjustable pressure switch, automatic condensate drain and electronic start-up.

Diesel and performance in total freedom

Ergo Diesel combines compactness and range, thanks to a reliable diesel engine designed for use in demanding conditions. The ideal solution when high performance is needed, even without power supply.

Standard equipment includes two high-pressure hose connections (232 to 330 bar) and a filter system Maxifilter.

C-Monitor, digital hour meter and remote charging panels available as options.

Filter system Maxifilter

Electric motor

One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. The powerful 6.8 kW diesel-powered Yanmar engine is available on this model.

Purification system Maxifilter

The purification system Maxifilter enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the compressor 2nd and 3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to create a first fundamental barrier against moisture. Filter capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 890 m³.

Frame

Open frame made for easy maintenance and transportability. The tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. The protective casing made of thermo-formed material channels cooling air over the cylinders and inter-stage pipes, ensuring high compression efficiency. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in RAL 9005 black.
