Even in a small way,
works great

Designed to recompress previously treated and filtered natural gas and biomethane. These compressors are designed for refueling natural gas-fueled vehicles. They are suitable for domestic or small fleet use. The use of the products in the CNG RC is simple and safe, they are equipped with an electromechanical remote control panel with 5 meters of cable and an automatic stop function when the tank is full.

Electric motor

One of the basic parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. A 3 kW single-phase or 3 to 5.5 kW three-phase electric motor is available on this model.

Purification system Maxifilter

The purification system Maxifilter enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the compressor 2nd and 3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to create a first fundamental barrier against moisture. Filter capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 890 m³.

Compressors CNG Coltri put safety first: they are equipped with sensors that stop the machine in case of leakage; and they are equipped with solenoid valves at the outlet and inlet to regulate machine and system operation.
