Professionally,
a forward compressor

Designed for medium-sized charging stations, the series compressors CNG HD can compress up to 250 bar of previously treated and filtered natural gas and biomethane from the feed line. Four compression stages and low RPM make for a machine suitable for professional use. The remote control panel (5-meter cable) provides all indications for operating in maximum safety. The compressors are equipped with a 4.5 m high-pressure hose and a dispensing gun with NGV1 direct connection, suitable for charging pressures up to 250 bar.

Electric motor

One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. A three-phase electric motor from 9 to 15 kW is available on this model.

Purification system Hyperfilter

Placed after the last compressor separator and before the pressure maintenance valve, the purification system Hyperfilter enables reliable treatment of the breathing air, according to DIN EN 12021¹ when using original filter cartridges. The separator present between the 2nd and 3rd stages of the purification circuit makes it possible to extract as much moisture as possible. The filtering capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 3,050 m³.
