CNG Booster RC

Designed to compress previously treated and filtered natural gas and biomethane with a suction pressure of 2 to 8 bar and a final pressure of up to 250 bar. Robust and compact, created for filling gas storage cylinders. The use of products from the line CNG Booster RC is easy and can be done safely. The equipment includes a remote electromechanical panel with 5 meters of cable for control and automatic stop function when the tank is full.

Electric motor

One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. A 3-phase electric motor from 3 to 5.5 kW is available on this model.

Purification system Maxifilter

The purification system Maxifilter enables reliable treatment of breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the compressor 2nd and 3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve to create a first fundamental barrier against moisture. Filter capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar is 890 m³.

Compressors CNG Coltri put safety first: they are equipped with sensors that stop the machine in case of leakage; and they are equipped with solenoid valves at the outlet and inlet to regulate machine and system operation.
