Designed for the most demanding industrial settings, medium-pressure BOOSTER INDY VII takes compression of technical gases up to 40 bar to the next level.

With a suction pressure of 2 to 8 bar and a high-performance pumping unit, BOOSTER INDY VII provides a flow rate of 721 to 2,703 l/min, offering all the power needed for intensive and continuous work cycles.

It is available with 11 or 15 kW three-phase electric motor, and integrates an advanced electrical panel with automatic condensate drainage, automatic shutdown and automatic restart, for smooth, safe and autonomous operation.

Electric motor

One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. Available on this model is the three-phase electric motor of 11 kW to 15kW.

Stand-alone filter system with Hyperfilter

The filter system, with activated carbon cartridge, is mounted on a stand-alone stand and includes:

  • Safety valve (variable according to customer’s request)
  • Pressure holding valve
  • Separator and filter kit Hyperfilter external
  • Leg kit
  • Automatic condensate drain. Removes water from the intermediate separator and the final separator automatically during operation (every 7 minutes).
Electrical cabinet
  • Motor protection switch.
  • Autostop + Autostart.
  • Drainage of the separator between individual stages during compressor operation (standard drainage interval every 15 minutes for a period of 6 seconds).
  • Interstage pressure gauges display the operating pressure for individual compression stages. This pressure information allows the tightness of the valves (inlet and outlet) of each stage to be checked and potential sources of failure to be quickly identified.

Interstage pressure gauges are mounted in the compressor frame.

Frame

Open frame made for easy maintenance and transportability. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Protective casing made of thermo-formed material channels cooling air over the cylinders and inter-stage pipes, ensuring high compression efficiency.

Control console equipped with inter-stage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run stop and manual condensate drain controls allow easy compressor operation and maintenance. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in RAL 9005 black.
