Booster Indy III

Cutting-edge for superior performance

When reliability and performance must go hand in hand, BOOSTER INDY III is the answer. Booster medium-pressure for technical gases up to 40 bar, it combines efficiency and innovation in a compact, quiet design.

With a suction pressure of 2 to 8 bar and a 7.5 kW three-phase electric motor, its pumping unit provides a variable flow rate of 489 to 1,446 l/min, adapting precisely to operational needs.

The external electrical panel is designed for complete automated control of the system: automatic condensate drainage, automatic shutdown, automatic restart, inlet and outlet pressure gauges, and electronic pressure switch. Each component is designed to provide maximum safety and continuity.

All of this is enclosed in a soundproof chassis that dramatically reduces noise impact, improving the operating experience even in sensitive work environments.

Medium pressure (40 bar) 3-stage pumping unit

Electric motor

One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. The 7.5 three-phase electric motor is available on this model. kW.

Electrical cabinet
  • Electronic pressure switch that stops the compressor at the final pressure.
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch.
  • Transformer.
  • The pressure switch stops the compressor at the final pressure and restarts it at the set minimum pressure.
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage device.
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge each time the unit is turned off).
  • Condensate collection tank 5 liters, with silencer; capacity about 3 liters, for environmentally friendly disposal of condensate.
  • Interstage pressure gauges display the operating pressure for individual compression stages. This pressure information allows the tightness of the valves (inlet and outlet) of each stage to be checked and potential sources of failure to be quickly identified.
Frame

Silenced cab chassis designed and built for easy maintenance operations. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Operation and maintenance of the compressor are facilitated by important features and tools: oil level and drain reported externally, control console equipped with inter-stage gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run stop and manual condensate drain controls. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in color Black RAL 9005.
