Ace VII PLUS is the high-pressure booster designed to deliver high performance with optimized fuel consumption in a compact and highly efficient configuration.

Ideal for compressing air and nitrogen with suction pressure from 5 to 10 bar, it is equipped with a 4-stage HD pumping unit (2+2 in parallel), a solution that ensures stable operation, long-term reliability and an excellent power-to-performance ratio.

Available with 9, 11 and 15 kW three-phase electric motors, Ace VII PLUS provides a flow rate of up to 945 l/min while maintaining low consumption and maximum application flexibility.
The dual, stand-alone Hyperfilter purification system and control panel with automatic condensate drainage complete a solution designed for industrial environments where efficiency, simplicity and control are key.

Electric motor

One of the key parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. The three-phase electric motor is available on this model with 9, 11 or 1 5 kW.

Purification system Hyperfilter for nitrogen

The filter system, with activated carbon cartridge, is mounted on a stand-alone stand and includes:

Safety valve (variable according to customer’s request)
Pressure holding valve
Separator and filter kit Hyperfilter external
Leg kit
Automatic condensate drain. Removes water from the intermediate separator and the final separator automatically during operation (every 7 minutes).

Electrical cabinet

- Motor protection switch.
- Autostop + Autostart.
- Drainage of the separator between individual stages during compressor operation (standard drainage interval every 15 minutes for a period of 6 seconds).
- Interstage pressure gauges display the operating pressure for individual compression stages. This pressure information allows the tightness of the valves (inlet and outlet) of each stage to be checked and potential sources of failure to be quickly identified.
Interstage pressure gauges are mounted in the compressor frame.

Frame

Open frame made for easy maintenance and transportability. The tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. The protective casing made of thermo-formed material channels cooling air over the cylinders and inter-stage pipes, ensuring high compression efficiency.

Control console equipped with inter-stage pressure gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run stop and manual condensate drain controls allow easy compressor operation and maintenance. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in RAL 9005 black.
