Quiet, powerful, and high-performance: the ACE VI ZERO LOSS is the high-pressure booster that combines efficiency and operating comfort, even in the most noise-sensitive environments.
Designed for compressing technical gases with suction pressures from 2 to 5 bar, ACE VI ZERO LOSS is equipped with a 3-stage pumping unit, plus a dedicated gas recovery stage, to minimize waste and optimize each work cycle.
With a flow rate ranging from 250 to 690 l/min and 11 or 15 kW three-phase electric motors, it guarantees high performance and continuity even under heavy loads.
The purification system Hyperfilter with dual activated carbon cartridges ensures the purity of the outgoing gas, while the control panel handles condensate drainage, shutdown, interstage pressure gauges and electronic pressure switch fully automatically.
All of this is enclosed in a soundproof frame designed to keep noise emissions to a minimum, providing a quieter, safer and more efficient working environment.
