Powerful, reliable and intuitive: the ACE III high-pressure booster is the ideal choice for those seeking uncomplicated industrial performance. Designed for compression of technical gases with suction pressure from 2 to 8 bar, it is available with three three-phase electric motors of 4, 5.5 or 7.5 kW.

The purification system Hyperfilter with double activated carbon cartridge ensures maximum gas purity, while the advanced electrical panel integrates automatic condensate drainage, automatic shutdown, interstage control gauges and electronic pressure switch, for fully automated operation.

With a flow rate ranging from 28.5 to 430 l/min, depending on suction pressure, ACE III adapts to different production needs. The soundproof frame reduces noise impact, making it perfect even for sensitive work environments.

Also available in a version Zero Loss, with a dedicated gas recovery stage for even more sustainable efficiency.

Electric motor

One of the basic parts of the compressor: the motor transfers motion to the pumping unit through the belt. On this model, the three-phase electric motor is available from 4 to 7 ,5 kW.

Purification system Hyperfilter for nitrogen

The purification system Maxifilter enables reliable treatment of breathing air and technical gases, according to DIN EN 12021¹ when using original filter cartridges. Placed after the last separator of the compressor and before the pressure maintenance valve, it has the separator after the 2nd and 3rd stages to create a first, fundamental barrier against moisture. The filtering capacity with inlet air at 20°C and 200bar is 52,500 m³.

Electrical cabinet
  • ON/OFF switch with motor protection switch.
  • Electromechanical pressure switch that stops the compressor at the final pressure.
  • Drainage of all separators between individual stages and also of the final separator during compressor operation
  • Timer for automatic condensate drainage device.
  • Integrated no-load startup (automatic discharge each time the unit is turned off).
  • Condensate collection tank 5 liters, with silencer; capacity about 3 liters, for environmentally friendly disposal of condensate.
  • Interstage pressure gauges display the operating pressure for individual compression stages. This pressure information allows the tightness of the valves (inlet and outlet) of each stage to be checked and potential sources of failure to be quickly identified.
Frame

Silenced cab chassis designed and built for easy maintenance operations. Tilting motor carrier plate ensures constant V-belt tension. Operation and maintenance of the compressor are facilitated by important features and tools: oil level and drain reported externally, control console equipped with inter-stage gauges, internal temperature indicator, presence and wrong phase sequence alarm, oil shortage alarm, and run stop and manual condensate drain controls. Made of steel with scratch-resistant powder coating in color Black RAL 9005.
