Coltri Compressors informs customers and collaborators that it has currently decided to remain operational.
As a result of the provisions of the Council Presidency, we have decided to remain at work in order to be able to give the necessary support to all activities, both Italian and foreign, with which we collaborate.
We are carefully monitoring the situation for everyone’s safety and have taken care to put in place a number of procedures according to the guidelines of the decrees on our facility. We did not just follow the guidelines, we put in place a number of extra procedures that we assessed as necessary.
Personnel not directly connected with production are already working in remote Smart-working to limit unnecessary access. All departments that are not essential to the production line have been closed for the same reason.
We have equipped ourselves with digital thermometers to monitor anyone entering or leaving our operations. Personnel who remained in the company were equipped with specific filter masks and sterile gloves, which are changed frequently as needed and on shifts.
The company has been equipped with sanitizing gel for hand disinfection, enforcing its careful and frequent use; with the same care, we disinfect all surfaces that come in contact with people with a medical surgical dressing.
The interpersonal distances of all our employees at their workstations have been reorganized, to have comfortable spaces greater than one meter.
To make sure that all the indicated safety practices are carried out properly, we have established a company emergency manager. Personnel have not only been equipped with the safety systems, but have been thoroughly trained on the hygienic behaviors to be followed, ministerial directions, and internal regulations. Information pamphlets are continuously distributed to people in the company.
We are monitoring the situation carefully for everyone’s safety and will not hesitate to promptly communicate any changes if the situation changes.
